Next TAB Meeting January 28, 2026!

 

Work together with the Teen Advisory Board to create a welcoming environment for teens at the library! Meetings take place on the last Wednesday of every month (except for December) in the Teen Space.

What is the Teen Advisory Board?

TAB is an opportunity for teens in grades 6 -12 to get invovled in their community and to help create a welcoming environment for all.

What would I do as a TAB member?

What are the guidelines and expectations?

• Be respectful of all library members, staff, TAB members, and yourself
• Make a good faith evvort to attend at least 6 meetings within the year
• Make an effort to participate in discussions and activities

What do I need to do to be a Southage Veterans Memorial Library Teen Advisory Board Member?

1. Be in 6th through 12th grade.
2. Fill out an application, have you and a parent or guardian sign it, then turn it in at the front desk.
